FAQ
Heating & AC Questions, Answered
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We visit your property, check your system and give you a written estimate at no cost.
Do you handle emergency heating and AC calls?
Yes. If your heat or air conditioning stops working, call us and we'll get a technician to you as fast as possible.
Should I repair or replace my AC or furnace?
It depends on the age of the system, how often it breaks down and your energy bills. We'll give you an honest recommendation, and if a repair makes more sense, we'll tell you.
How often should my HVAC system be serviced?
We recommend a tune-up at least once a year, ideally AC in spring and heating in fall, to prevent breakdowns and keep efficiency high.
Central AC or ductless mini-split: which is better?
If your home has ductwork, central AC is usually the best fit. For homes without ducts, additions or single rooms, a ductless mini-split is often more efficient and less invasive.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of Long Island, New York, including Nassau and Suffolk County.
